Okay so not quite a palace or a castle but this will be home for Joey in Hamilton for the next 3 or 4 years.We bought this small house near the university to rent out to Joey and his friends.
Yes housing prices in Hamilton are lower than elsewhere which made this mortgaged to the hilt purchase possible.
If you know the condition of most student housing in Hamilton you would know why we have done this. Just two streets away from here is the house that burned down a month ago killing a mother and her three children. If you ever need a reminder about the dangers of fire that is it.
The house has never been used as a student home and we will make sure that it is safe as possible.
