I have no idea

This video and the one below were taken on Saturday afternoon on St. Paul in Old Montreal. When i first came across the scene I thought it was a wedding. Women in black evening gowns, men in tuxedos. But after a minute or so I started to think maybe it was a gala for circus performers. In the end, I have absolutely no idea.
