I think back on our 3rd trip to Va beach, we met Pat pictured here with Deb in her condo. Pat actually met Joey first when she was operating the gift shop in the hotel we were staying in. Pat took to Joey, Joey to Pat and the rest of us as well. Pat has unofficially adopted Sarah and Joey as her grand kids. We keep in touch via the Internet and visit when we can.
