We discovered a new part of Virginia Beach. I was talking to a local on the ham radio and he told us about Sandbridge a small community at the southern tip of the city. It is not commercialized and has very limited development. The beach front homes go for over a million dollars but the condos (there are only three) can start as low as $450,000. Deb and I were so taken by this area that we contacted a realtor and viewed a few units. Most are owned by people who rent out the units for most of the year. A three bedroom rents out for $2,4000 per week!!! Anyone want to go in with us on one??
