Punta Arenas is the capitol of the Patagonia region of Chile. About 150,000 people live in the large region and 120,000 of those live in Punta Arenas. The city is located on the Magellan Strait. Here are some pics from the city. The last pic is a statue of the great man himself- Magellan.
