I am back at the walk-in clinic to get the second of my eventual 3 shots against Hepatitis A and B. Since we are going to South America it was recommended to get this vaccination.
What a difference from the last time I was here a month ago. I am sitting in a sea of sick people waiting to get my arm poked by a needle. The cacophony of coughs, sneezes and crying kids is quite disturbing. If I come down with something on the cruise I will have a pretty good idea of where I picked it up
