We spent a whole day in Dublin walking and exploring the city. To be sure it has its history. We came across a church that has been around since 1274. While the city is interesting it does have a grimy side to it. The ravages of alcohol abuse are evident. The joke about the Irish and their drinking may be funny but here you see the darker side of it. What also strikes me is the number of young people begging. I have a few shots of these kids sitting in the street, motionless, with the cup by their feet.
