Before work I took the dogs for a walk. Hanging on hangers on all the trees were white kids' tee shirts as a special promotion for Burlington Mall back to school sale. I thought it was clever marketing but I gather the city did not as they started to take them down soon after. I guess the kids of city employees need new shirts.
