Spring Training

My cousin Carol resorts to mountain scenery when she is in a dry spell and I guess I resort to football. In any event, next month means the start of the training season for rep football. Joey is again signed up with the Burlington Stampeders and the shot below is from last year. This year, the first few practices will be at Ivor Wynne stadium in Hamilton. Even in late April the weather and the ground can be awfully cold and wet so practicing on a nice artificial carpet will be a welcome change. Yet another sure sign that warm weather is almost upon us.
