Just a quick football update from the fields of McMaster. Joey is practicing with the first team offence which means that he will dress for the first game this Monday and will more than likely see action on the field. Not many rookies get to dress for games let alone actually get on the field to play.
Game time is 2:00 pm from Laurier University. You may follow the action over the Internet as all away and home games are being broadcast by AM900 CHML in Hamilton. In the meanwhile Deb and I snagged two tickets for the season opener for the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame hosting Georgia Tech. We are leaving Friday for South Bend and will be back on Sunday and will be in waterloo for Joey’s first game. It does not get any better than this folks.
